As president of EPIC Events, Production and Entertainment and of the Bashara Group, and the recipient of numerous national industry awards for her event design and execution, Elizabeth fuses her client's goals with original and creative programs, with the outcome almost always surpassing even the client's own expectations. As a former NYC producer, she takes great pride in turning events into masterpieces. Event designing is much like a Broadway show, you want people to walk away mesmerized by the creativity, having had several "jaw dropping" moments throughout the event.
For the past fifteen years, Elizabeth Bashara has worked in various areas of the entertainment, sports, corporate and fundraising worlds including such areas as: special events, production, public relations, marketing, strategic development, media consulting, promotion and sponsorship. She has assisted in the production of various successful fundraisers which have netted one million dollars and has been instrumental in the creation of development programs for The Waldorf Astoria while serving as director of several national development campaigns. Her events have ranged in size from a luncheon for fifty, a series of events averaging ninety thousand in attendance per day to the largest being the New York City Marathon which averages three million live spectators plus a televised audience of seventy seven million.
She has served as public relations and media consultant for Rose Bowl events, Inaugural Festivities for George W Bush's Inauguration and as a media consultant for several other large events and programs. While serving as media consultant, she was able to work with such prominent figures as: George and Barbara Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev, Margaret Thatcher, Elizabeth Dole, Larry King, the late Christopher Reeve, Paul Harvey and many more.

Before starting her own firm, Kellie served as the Director of Hotel Marketing for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, responsible for a $16 million annual marketing budget, and the success of the marketing communications programs for 65 properties. Here, she received numerous honors in the Adrian and Gold Bell Advertising Awards, including best target campaign, best internal communications program and best advertising series.
Before joining Wyndham, she was the Regional Director of Marketing for Hyatt Regency, accountable for a $3 million marketing budget that included media buys, direct mail, public relations and special events for 14 hotels.
